Bam! The crack of the bat, the fans cheered from where they sat! The player ran as fast as he could, just like a MLB player would. Rounding first, going to second with a burst! Sliding into the bag, then his dad bragged. The player had a big smile, that would last for a while. The pitcher from the other team had to blow off some steam, as the coach yelled and screamed. Baseball has its ups and downs, while one team's up, the other frowns. |

Flying, falling, deep blue seas Light that gently shines through leaves Some will wake you out of the blue With twisted visions of life's clues Heart pounding, sweat pouring Not a night for midnight snoring Scary sometimes with monsters galore All in a world so many explore It all begins when you fall asleep Your mind drifts off into a mysterious heap Dreams are freed into the midnight air For the wind to carry both far and near Into a world of fantasy or fear They twist, turn, and flow with the breeze They go into the wind and talk to the trees What else would make them bend and sway Except the weight of the dreams we hide in the day And since this all happens while we sleep You never know what secrets are released |

YOU read magazines
I read books YOU wear dresses I wear t-shirts YOU wear high heels I wear high tops You are happy I am broken The question is Am l a pessimist Or is that dazzling smile you wear fake The world can never know YOU hide what you feel I on the other hand wear my heart on my sleeve In the end you and I aren't so different You will probably never show YOUR feelings That will make you bitter when you grow old I will show my feelings That will make me happy YOU and I are not the same after all You think perfection is the goal I think accepting who you are is happiness When the game of life ceases to exist I Will know I played to the best of my ability All you did was make sure YOUR game piece fit in with the others |
